The name EUXEA is sonically and symbolically based on ancient Greek roots: ‘eu’ (εὖ) stands for ‘good’ or ‘right’ in Greek - a term that can be found in both ‘Europe’ and ‘EU’. The second part ‘XEA’ can be read as a modern, dynamic ending.

The name EUXEA is also a reference to the origins of the group of companies: the political representation of interests at European level.

The name EUXEA thus unites the guiding principle of the group of companies: innovative spirit in the tradition of European values.

The roots of the EUXEA Group lie in 1990 with the founding of EUTOP - the service provider for political lobbying in Germany and the EU.

The founder, sole shareholder and CEO of the EUXEA Group and all its subsidiaries is Prof Dr Klemens Joos, Munich.

The EUXEA Group is broadly positioned with its EUTOP and OnePager brands and beyond. Its activities are organised into five strategic pillars:

• Political interest representation (EUTOP)
  EUTOP supports the work of interest groups representing private companies, associations and organisations at the institutions of the European Union and selected EU member states. Today, EUTOP is the largest owner-managed governmental relations agency in the European Union.
• Strategy consulting & AI software development (OnePager)
  In collaboration with the Technical University of Munich (TUM), OnePager develops scientifically sound methods for changing perspectives and uses them in traditional strategy consulting as well as in the development of AI software products. OnePager's mission is to develop innovative software solutions that help to improve complex social or organisational communication processes.
• Real Estate
  The property division is dedicated to the acquisition, development and sale of properties - as a complementary business area with entrepreneurial stability.

• Handcraft
  

  The carpentry company Joos Holzbau GmbH in Nonnenhorn on Lake Constance has been part of the group of companies since 2017 - and sets an example for the entrepreneurial diversity of the EUXEA Group.

• Services
  

  Central tasks such as the management, organisation and administration of the entire group of companies and its subsidiaries are bundled in the Services division with the highest quality standards.

Founded in 1899, Zimmerei Joos Holzbau in Nonnenhorn on Lake Constance is a deliberate addition to the business activities with a family connection: the company was taken over by Prof. Dr Klemens Joos in 2017 in the fourth generation, converted into the legal form of a GmbH and integrated into the group of companies.
